Your security cameras already see everything — nobody has time to watch them. Pour Guardian pulls footage from the cameras you already own overnight, detects every drink poured, and cross-references each one against your POS. By morning there's a report on your phone: pours with no sale, sales with no pour, void-and-skim patterns — every flagged item with a timestamped evidence clip.
Footage is processed on private GPUs, never touches a cloud vision API, and is deleted after analysis. Nothing to install, no new cameras, no staff training.
